Monthly Unlimited Wash Club – Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the WOW Car Wash Monthly Unlimited Wash Club (“Wash Club,” “Membership,” or “Program”). By enrolling in a WOW Car Wash Wash Club membership, you agree to these Terms.
The Wash Club is available to customers with an eligible vehicle. Membership is associated with the vehicle registered at the time of enrollment and is subject to the limitations described below.
Each membership is intended for one vehicle only. The membership may not be shared, transferred to another person, or used to wash multiple vehicles.
WOW Car Wash reserves the right to verify the vehicle associated with a membership and to refuse service if the vehicle does not match the membership records.
Wash Club members may wash their enrolled vehicle as often as permitted by the membership plan during the active membership period.
“Unlimited” means unlimited eligible washes during an active billing period; it does not mean that one membership may be used for multiple vehicles.
WOW Car Wash reserves the right to establish reasonable operational limitations, including temporary restrictions due to equipment maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the wash.
The applicable monthly membership fee is determined by the Wash Club plan selected at enrollment.
Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method provided by the customer. The customer authorizes WOW Car Wash or its payment processor to automatically charge the applicable membership fee until the membership is canceled.
Membership pricing, plans, promotions, discounts, and benefits are subject to change as permitted by applicable law. Any applicable promotional pricing will be subject to the terms of the specific promotion.
By enrolling in a monthly membership, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method.
Your membership will automatically renew each billing period unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
If a payment is declined, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, WOW Car Wash may suspend membership benefits until payment is successfully processed. Additional attempts to process payment may be made using the payment method on file.
Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information current.
Customers may cancel their Wash Club membership at any time by following WOW Car Wash’s available cancellation procedures.
Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in the applicable membership promotion, membership fees already charged are non-refundable and are not prorated.
If a customer cancels after a monthly payment has been processed, membership benefits may remain available through the remainder of the applicable paid membership period.
A Wash Club membership is assigned to the vehicle registered with the membership.
Customers who replace or change vehicles may request that their membership be transferred to another eligible vehicle, subject to WOW Car Wash approval and any applicable restrictions.
WOW Car Wash reserves the right to limit the frequency of vehicle changes and may require verification of the vehicle or membership holder.

WOW Car Wash may suspend or terminate a membership for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is suitable for the wash process.
WOW Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by:
Customers should remove or secure items that may create a safety risk or may be damaged during the wash process.
Customers must follow all posted instructions and directions from WOW Car Wash employees.
WOW Car Wash may refuse service or temporarily suspend a wash when necessary for safety, equipment protection, weather conditions, vehicle condition, or other legitimate operational reasons.
WOW Car Wash may close or modify operations for maintenance, repairs, severe weather, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Membership benefits are limited to the wash services included with the specific plan purchased.
Where a membership is advertised as valid at multiple WOW Car Wash locations, the membership may be used at those participating locations, subject to the equipment, services, and operating conditions at each location.
Additional services, detailing, self-service charges, upgrades, or other products not specifically included in the customer’s membership are not included in the monthly membership fee.
Special promotional memberships or discounted membership offers may have additional eligibility requirements, enrollment periods, pricing terms, or other restrictions.
Unless specifically stated in writing, promotional pricing is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely.
WOW Car Wash reserves the right to verify eligibility for promotional offers.
WOW Car Wash may modify the Wash Club, including its plans, pricing, services, locations, equipment, benefits, and these Terms, subject to applicable law.
If a material change affects an existing membership, WOW Car Wash will provide any notice required by applicable law.
Continued use of the membership after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
WOW Car Wash may suspend or terminate a membership if:
If a membership is terminated by WOW Car Wash due to customer misconduct or violation of these Terms, the customer may not be entitled to a refund of previously paid membership fees.
WOW Car Wash makes reasonable efforts to keep its facilities and equipment operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Wash Club.
Equipment failures, maintenance, repairs, utility interruptions, severe weather, power outages, staffing issues, government requirements, or other circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOW Car Wash’s liability arising from or relating to the Wash Club will be limited to the amount of membership fees actually paid by the customer for the applicable membership period, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Customer information and payment information will be handled in accordance with WOW Car Wash’s applicable privacy practices and the policies of its payment processing providers.
Customers should review WOW Car Wash’s Privacy Policy, if applicable, for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms, together with any applicable membership agreement, promotional terms, posted rules, and other applicable WOW Car Wash policies, constitute the agreement governing participation in the Wash Club.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
